Return and Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

1. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
2. For online purchases, customers may return the product if:
   
   • The received item is not the same model as ordered.
   • The product is damaged upon arrival.
3. Used products cannot be returned.

Note: The Return and Refund policy will not be valid under the following conditions:

• If you do not have a complete unboxing video from start to end.
• If you fail to email or WhatsApp us the full unboxing video within 2 days of product delivery.

REPLACEMENTS POLICY

1. If a product is received in defective condition (Dead on Arrival) or is damaged, it will be replaced with a new product.
2. The defective product must be shipped back to Nattina Gifts Store with:
   
   • All original packaging.
   • All accessories included.
   • No damage to serial numbers.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement on the same day.
4. Customers are strongly advised to record a full unboxing video when receiving the package.
5. Any defects or damages must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the product.
